During my recent stay at Gabbiano, I had the pleasure of indulging in their culinary offerings, which truly showcased the essence of local flavors. The à la carte breakfast was a delightful surprise; each morning, I savored dishes that went beyond the typical spread, incorporating fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Lunch on the terrace was a memorable experience, where I appreciated the gentle sea breeze and the cane-roofed shade. The menu featured a variety of Italian staples, and watching the waves while enjoying fresh seafood was remarkable. Dinner brought with it a charming ambiance. The restaurant's layout provided an intimate setting, highlighted by breathtaking views of the beach. Although English wasn't widely spoken, the staff was accommodating, and our attempts at speaking broken Italian were met with smiles and patience, making each meal a shared experience. Located conveniently close to other dining options, I ventured out to try nearby pizzerias like Ristorante Pizzeria A'MARE and found them to complement Gabbiano's menu well. The hotel offers a well-rounded taste of the region-a true delight for those who value culinary exploration during their travels.
